Printer was working fine - now shows the message 'a printer error has occurred. unplug printer and return to service centre'
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: Canon PIXMA MP560
JA: How long has this been going on with your Pixma?
Customer: Just started, so I switched it off and am using an older PM540 as a standby.
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: I'm using Windows 10, which I updated from Windows 8.1 when 10 became available.
