I'm trying to download the WIN 10 driver for the Canon iP4920 onkjet, but my Malware program keeps rejecting it: "canon.driverupdate.net" sent an invalid response" Can you email me the appropriate driver? Bruce Kramer

Dell computer, been running WIN 10 FOR OVER A YEAR.

Since tonight when I wanted to download driver for iP4920.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

It is up to date, to the best of my knowledge - as I alway update when notified

The reason you are getting this error is because you are trying to download the driver from a third party site. Please try from Canon's website here: https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/ip-series/pixma-ip4920?tab=drivers_downloads
