Hi,

Please setup wireless once again on your printer by following the instructions below.

  1. Turn on the printer if it is not already on.

  2. On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon.

    The Wireless screen displays.

  3. Touch the Settings icon (looks like spinning wheel) .

  4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard.

  5. It will list the available wireless names in a list. Select your wireless name from the list.

  6. Enter the network key (wireless password) when prompted and touch OK.

After setting up wireless on the printer, restart the computer and try printing. Check if the issue persists.
