Replaced ink cartridges with brothers ink j6520dw..ink cartridge 103. can get color print but the black won't print? Was working fine prior. Bought to Black and have tried both. no luck.

Ok - can you unplug the printer from the power supply while the printer is off and hold in the power button on it for 30 seconds.

It's either the ink needs replaced (again) or the print head has a fail.

If you change the ink, does this help? You can always return the ink If it does not help..
