Communicions Error----No Other Error codes....... Replaced 2 Controller Boards, Replaced CMOS Bat

Ok - can you unplug the printer from the power supply while the printer is off and hold in the power button on it for 30 seconds.

Can NOT Connect Not Responsive this Machine is not configured to NETWORK ethernet not Working!!!! Watch Machine Startup and copier does not continue to Warmup 5 seconds and stops DOTS OF DEATH!
