Cannon mp/150 printer printing black pages with white writing, new windows 10 updated few weeks ago, what is the problem? Olive

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

Usb I think. cord from printer to port in computer

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

About 4 weeks ago

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Was working well before update, have changed cartridge, only use black, not the problem

Ok - can you unplug the printer from the power supply while the printer is off and hold in the power button on it for 30 seconds.

I did notice when I removed the empty colour cartridge the pages came out white but they were blank, no letters.
