I am working with a Photosmart C4580. When was it manufactured? It keeps showing "Print Cartridge(s) missing or not detected. What should be done? Thanks

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?

Yes, "Print Cartride(s) not detected or missing.

Technician's Assistant: The last time you changed your cartridges, did you replace them with new ones or refill the old ones?

Haven't replaced the cartridges. Took out old ones and put them back in.
