I am trying to scan of a XP-335. as series, . ref 7B9BF9 connecter to a MacBooko pro 13,2. using Mac 0S High Sierra

Technician's Assistant: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

About 1 year model C462U. ref with 10.13.1 for thew OS Which Sierra

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

As already identified. but I also have a past of Microsoft with W X P and outlook. When I have try Scanning and include PDF and or .Email but this is invalid for all choses.for scanning.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I did not ever use the scanning

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I think I do not need anything apart for these Scanning.
