I have a Samsung printer/fax model SCX 4623F and having trouble faxing, are you able to help me or give me a contact phone number for support? thanks

Technician's Assistant: Has your Samsung done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

This is the first time I've had a problem, it's about 6 years old I think - I try to fax, it gets a dial tone and then a fast busy. If someone trys to fax me it tells them no answer

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Well now I am illiterate, I have a dell pc and windows 10, that's all I know

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It just happened, it was working on Friday, I'm able to scan and print, just can't fax.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I answered this already, I hope I'm not duplicating something - it was working on Friday, I can scan, print and copy, just unable to fax. I dial the number, it gets a dial tone and then turns into a fast busy. When someone trys to fax me, they get a no answer response on their end.

Kris I started at $18.00 and now it's $39.00, is that what your saying? For $39.00 you will guarantee to fix the problem? Is there a number I can call a technician, I really don't like working this way
