I am getting an...

I am getting an error message asking that I disconnect the printer and power back on. Problem persists and they information screen says to consult my manual. I don't have my manual so I was hoping you may help.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac and PC.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Everything worked fine, I was notified that I was low on an ink, I replaced it and received this message.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
