Nothing - that is my problem.. Some geek seems to have lost

my MS Word and replaced...
Nothing - that is my problem.. Some geek seems to have lost my MS Word and replaced it with the WPS equivalent. So now I cannot print a document.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Give me a moment please,
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I have a HP envy 4500 Serial no. CN52R24DY6.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Windows 10. I bought my printer in 2015.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It has been a problem for about3 weeks
