Printer has been coming...

Printer has been coming up with brief info reference in small box. BUT language I believe is in Hebrew--a language I do not know and is not correct language for me. US English. I have tried to convey this problem several times to assorted IT tech persons, e.g., AOL, my long-term access path. HP requested that I leave my Screen as opened. When I spoke to HP tech experts--(several times), I got a phone call letting me know that my hard drive had been hacked and therefore compromised.

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

I think printer is 7 to 8 years old. PC hard drive may be older.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC Not sure I can respond to your request for what I am running. This has been an overwhelming few months online. HP did a good job of ridding my PC of all infected pieces and re-installing what they did to correct. I think, John, the tech people did not do the job they agreed to do--and that I may be getting further hacking. When I spoke to HOP technicians earlier today, they said--with considerable confidence--they could make the fix.Just asked me to leave screen on.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I'm not sure what happened right before this info popped up I have been trying to keep my PC open all day. Do you think some other idiots--or same from before are attaching again.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
