Hi, I get a message " Printer error has occurred" I have turned the printer off, unplugged it and then tried it but it still doesn't work.... Any suggestions? Thanks,

Canon MG 5765 - Less than a year old

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

MAC - OSX Yosemite

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I really don't know - it was working fine, and then it stopped... I did get a message to update something via the net, but l didn't do it as i didn't know how to do it...??

Unfortunately, the error that you are experiencing is an internal failure which would require repair/replacement.

The good news is that it is still under warranty and it can be repaired/replaced by Canon. Please call 1-***-***-**** to start the warranty repair process.
