Thank you. Well my cannon MG2929 inkjet printer seems to work being printed wireless from my cell phone. However It does not work from my PC. Only on certain programs like, Word 2016.

Technician's Assistant: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

It will not work or diagnose the problem. Cannon is 2 years old. This is the first time. I think it may be a trojan virus.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC. Windows 8.1 -64-bit.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

The issue started 3 days ago. I printed something off in Word. It worked. Printed something off from a different program ie. Google photos and it did not work.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Other than the printer is not printing from certain programs. Thats good. Thank you
