I just replaced all ink cartridges that I bought from Office depot where i bought my 830. Done this before so it wasn't terribly difficult. However, after install, machine said it did not recognize cartridges, and to replace. Proceeded twice to remove, and reinstall. Turned printer off once just to see if that might help.
