I own a Hp...

I own a Hp Envy 7640 Printer. It prints well when supplied Instant Ink. For some months now I have not received ANY INSTANT INK SUPPLY. My printer stays turned on. I AM NOW COMPLETELY OUT OF INSTANT INK No. 62. I am working on a deadline document of 153 pages and need INK. PLEASE HELP.

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Yes, it's as old as is my Instant Ink subscription....about 2 years old.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

An ASUS PC

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Just today. Although the same think happened prior to my last ink shipment.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

No...not really, except I did change my subscription about 9 months ago upgrading it to the 100 or more sheets per month.
