Hi. I recently purchased an epson ET-3600 ecotank. It has never printed properly, especially in color. I have cleaned the print heads, flushed the nozzle and everything else multiple times. The pattern barely produces a set of color lines. not sure where to go from here. thank you

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

I just purchased it about 6 weeks ago. It is the Epson ET-3600 ecotank. series 2

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac. just updated to sierra, but it was doing it before the update

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It hasn't worked correctly from the beginning. perhaps for a short time we could get it to print.

It printed well for a week or so, but with very little volume.

Ok - can you unplug the printer from the power supply while the printer is on and hold in the power button on it for 30 seconds.
