After I upgraded my iMac to OS High Sierra, I am unable to change the font & color to print even though it is changed on the screen.

I have contacted Apple Support & together we still could not resolve the problem

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
