I cannot get my...

I cannot get my printer to work. I have not used it in some time, which may be part of the problem, but I do not know how to get it to print. Can you help me? PLEASE

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

It is a PC1060 and I have had it for a long time. I do not remember when I purchased it but it has been a wonderful machine to have. I am 82 years old and unable to do anything with it.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

I have an Apple computer.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I have not used the printer in quite some time. II have a smaller Canon that is now my primary printer. I can try to use that, which I should have done before I sent this request.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I am not sure how to respond to you.
