I talked with you guys yesterday about a error code (0x97) but am adverse to paying $5.00 plus additional charges

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, have you double-checked the code? And what is the exact make and model of your machine?

WF-3640 EPSON

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC, AND IPAD AND IPHONE.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

THERE HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE BUT NOTHING EXTRORDINARY HAPPENS BEFORE THERE IS A PROBLEM. EITHER UNNESSESSARY JAMBING OR SOMETHING LIKE THIS. I LOOSE MY INTERNET CONNECTION QUITE OFTEN ALSO, BUT THIS HAS NOTING TO DO WITH THAT. I HAVE A CONNECTION NOW.
