how can I restore the normal text size on the scree onmy H P notebook
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It is about 2 years oldit is an H P Notebook
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: my computer is a helett packerd notebook
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It was operating normally until I turned it on 2 days ago
