My Photo. Smart 5515 has all new cartridges but does print.

Smart 5515 has all new cartridges but does print. Why? I have had it for quite a lomg time.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

It is an HP pc. Not sure what OS it is using. I believe it is up to date. I don't want to leave the site to find out and have to start all over.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

The printer was low on ink so I replaced the cartridges yesterday. If I choose color, I get a very faint copy. I had not used the printer for some time.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I ran the print quality report and the printer status report. They appeared ok.

And Before we proceed with any troubleshooting,please once unplug your device from the wall outlet wait for 2 minutes and plug it back in.
