Hi i have a hp photosmast b110a when i try to scan to pc or email or anything else i get a yellow triangle up on my printer saying try scan frompc or see documentation . press ok

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Its been a issue for some time just havnt had time to sort and got angry LOL

Hi,

Are you trying to scan using the Scan button on your printer?

Have you tried scanning from the computer?

Are you able to copy like Xerox without using the computer?

wont scan from pc and wont scan from printer ! i am not able to copy like xerox

Hi,

Please turn off the printer and unplug all its cables including power and USB. Then, press and hold the printer power button for a minute.

Then, wait for two minutes and plugin the cables. Try copying like Xerox and let me know the response.

hi yes it prints fine just wont scan to pc or from the pc with cable or wireless !
