Hello! it seems as though the printer and computer are not communicating. i tried both wireless as well as with a usb

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

2 years old and its the Epson xp-410

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Its a pc and im sorry but im kind of a moron with tech stuff how would i know which system?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Like what im trying to print

I used it like once right after i got it never again. trying to do a project for my son
