Canon mx922. Yes code was double checked

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

I use windows 10

The error code means that it is a printer head problem.

Did you try removing your cartridges and cleaning the printer head, something like that?

If not I'll provide you instructions on how you can do that.

I did not remove cartridges. Please send instructions. I am leaving shortly for an appointment and will have to do this when I return.
