Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

Event ID: 430, Description: Device USBPRINT\EPSONWF-3640_Series\7&164f1a82&0&USB002 requires further installation.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Pc, windows 10, 64 bit, ThinkPad T560

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Printer was not used for extended period of time. Downloaded Epson driver, installed, uninstalled, reinstalled. no change

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Attached via usb cable. Documents print fine on Brother B&W printer. Same usb port

Have not used printer for a few months. Printer is Epson wf-3640. Approx. 2 years old. Worked fine on last use.
Uninstalled, reinstalled Epson Driver twice. Will print in red and blue. not black. Changed black cartridge twice. No change.

Ok - can you unplug the printer from the power supply while the printer is on and hold in the power button on it for 30 seconds.
