I have used my...

I have used my Canon TS8020 printer for several months, now suddenly I get a message that my printer is not connected to my HP desktop computer. I have tried to reconnect it and I can only get so far with instructions when it says "follow instructions on computer".....I cannot get any instructions..

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?

Printer? or computer?

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

An issue for about a week. I had just printer some photos

No, I will not pay $39 for something that should be able to fix online free of charge. Please refund the $5 "faith" deposit
I will find some other way to get this done
