Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

Wf3640 1.5 yrs

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Window 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Turned off for 10 day trip, wouldn,t work, today I tried all day to get it to connect

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I got the ink lid open but could not remove cassets, now having problem re-latching it.

This can happen if there is a paper jam inside the machine.

Did you recently have any paper jams?

Could there be a small fragment of paper still stuck inside the printer?

Check for any small pieces of paper stuck inside the printer, then try printing again once the paper path is completely clear.
