My Canon 410 printer...

My Canon 410 printer connection was lost when a Verizon technician installed a new router and I am unable to re-connect my WiFi connection.

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

Thank you. It is a Canon MX410. It is about seven years old.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC. And it is an old Windows XP, I am ashamed to say.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It has only been an issue since Friday evening when the new router was installed. Until then it worked just fine.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
