JUST INSTALLED A 940 xlBLACK CARTRIDGE. pRINTED TWO COPIES ok tHEN ONLY BLANK COPIES. DO I NEED TO DO A PRINT HEAD CLEANER. HOW ?

I HAVE USED IT FOR SEVERAL YEARS BUT I AM MECHANICALLY IMPAIREDX.

Check that the cartridges are fully down, clicked down into their places, in their slots... just open the printer, access the cartridge for Black color ink, press down on it firmly, if it goes 'click' into place, you have solved the problem, and may proceed to print out good copy.

If that does not cure it, tell me if the cartridge was genuine OEM-made, or a refill or 'compatible' cartridge, and I will advise you further.

Why was I billed for more than the $5. What happened to the free trial. I am not interested in on going service and don't appreciate being "tricked" into the service. Cancel everything and keep the five dollars.
