Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

HP Envey 7640 less then a year old

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Dell

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Printed night before next morning got this notice did change ink cart. printer say's ink is full

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

Also, whats the exact error you are currently seeing on the machine?

And, can you make a copy from the scanner glass?
