Epson 200XL Cartridge is Epson 200XL High CapacityXL My Printer is connectec to wireless wiFi

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

HP Laptop on Google Chrome

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Just an issue been a while since I last replaced an ink cartridge and cannot find my hard copy of user manual
