I've tried to install...

I've tried to install 2 different yellow ink cartridges and get this message: "One or more Cartridges appear to be missing or damaged. Install or replace the affected Cartridges. (Shows yellow square)

Technician's Assistant: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?

Also, now the printer will not print anything at all and I can't even get to the part to test printer page. Photosmart 5520 Model # CN2A8199GP and using HP Cartridges.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC - I don't know what OS (Operating System) means

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Stopped couple hours ago. Finished printing 1 page document.
