I got a new computer and am trying to install my Cannon printer. It is old and uses a large print cell??? It is labeled Cannon Super G3. Please help

Technician's Assistant: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

At least 7 to 10 years

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC Microsoft

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I am just installing the new computer so it is happening right now, I am unable to print anything
