I can't make copies from printer WF-26540/WF-2660

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

WorkForce WF-2650

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC. I can print from the computer. I can't make a copy on the printer

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Since it was set up a year ago

I don't want additional charges or a monthly charge. I put in card information and it was suppose to be $5. for this
