Resetting the printer may resolve the issue. Please perform the following steps:

Turn off printer
press and hold stop button for 2 seconds
then press and hold on button and let go of stop button
then press the stop button five times
let go of On button
after printer stops making noise press On button.

Please let me know the result and if you need further assistance. Also, please provide a positive rating (3, 4, or 5 star) as that is how I receive credit for my work.
