I have an Epson...

I have an Epson XP-610. I want to print a document from my computer. I've forgotten how to configure the purple panel. All it will print now is copies.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

As I wrote, it's an Epson, XP--610. Maybe five years old. I'm 80. Maybe that's why I can't remember!?

Technician's Assistant: What confuses you?

Which orange buttons to adjust so it will print a sent file, not just copies.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac. Is "Word" a usable response?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It's been a few months. I don't remember what happened before.
