First it won't print...

First it won't print. Both the green and ***** *****ght keep flashing off & on. The printer I have is a canon pixma ip2820

Technician's Assistant: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

Never happened before and probably around 5yrs old

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC , windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

First time this morning when I opened my office worked fine yesterday

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I know my ink is low but they won't slide into view to be able to change them. Could this be a problem
