My Brother HL-3170CDW needs attention?

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

Brother

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Up to 1 hour ago it was OK, then in a print job the Black and colours lost quality. Now I cannot print at all

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I have managed to print some pages but the colours are fading again.
