I had a session...

I had a session with Nathan on Friday last which ended with me concluding that I have purchased two faulty colour cartridges, which will not work in my Officejet 4630 printer. I left Nathan with the specifics of the cartridges but have no further response. Can you please help arrange replacement cartridges that will work?

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your OfficeJet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

4630 printer scanner copier and it's less than 2 years old

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

I have already provided this info to Nathan. please review with him

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Only since I tried to install a new colour cartridge. The printer still works with the old cartridges

Ok - can you unplug the printer from the power supply while the printer is on and hold in the power button on it for 30 seconds.
