My printer is old...

My printer is old and trying to update software for Printer HP Photosmart C410 i was told the software driver etc is incompatible with windows 10

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

The printer did work but now doesnt work

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It suddenly wouldnt print although connected via modem and it does find the printer and printed internal test page

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Yes tried uninstalling software and intended to reinstall online software but no idea now where I am
