The WorkForce-3620 printer keeps showing a Printer Error message directing me to turn the power off and then back on again. That doesn't help, and I can't eliminate the message, even after unplugging the it

It's a 2 or 3 year old Epson WorkForce-WF-3620

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

It's an HP 2010i, running Windows 7

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It's been this way for about a week, and I was in the middle of printing out 26 commission reports, when the message popped up and the last 2 reports wouldn't print

Please open the lid and remove all of the ink cartridges then insert them back firmly into the carriage and close the lid

Now,

With the printer powered on, remove the power cord from the back.

Wait 2 minutes

Plug back in the power cord and power it on

It recommends running the Nozzle Check. When I pressed OK a new message appeared that says paper type doesn't match the paper source setting Print on Letter.

I pressed Yes regarding the letter size and the Printer error message reappeared. The Error Code is 0x97
