My workforce 545 suddenly...

My workforce 545 suddenly stopped printing with full ink and now the ink tray isn't moving. I need to print. Can you help

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

Where do I find more than workforce 545?

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac OX yosemite

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

The last printing I did was a couple of weeks ago and some of the pages were unevenly inked

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

No this is the problem and it's urgent on a Friday at 3:30 where I am.
