Am not able to make connection, either wifi or usb between network computer and xp-420 printer

Just need help since I have exhausted all instructions both from the manual and off of the internet

after trying both wifi and usb routines, get diagnosis that printer cannot be found on the network

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

the printer works in the stand alone mode, do you want me to try to print from the computer?
does not work when trying to send document from computer to printer, says no connection!

Richard, there is still a network connection issue that won't let me print from the computer. Works great
