How are you connecting the printer to the computer?
Via a USB cable or wireless or a network cable?

In windows, click start, devices and printers.
then right click the printer, choose troubleshooting
Comlpete this and tell me what it tells you at the end if it please
ok, if you click add printer, and choose network does it show
Yes but regardless it would still find it.
Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now found
Let me know the results please
Ok, can you connect it via USB, does the computer then find it?
It is the internal mainboard that has faulted in the printer, it is what the error refers to and why it cannot be found at all on multiple devices
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
