I have a Epson Workforce 520. My MacBookPro running Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29) refuses to find the printer. I set up a new one and it still cannot find it.

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

Epson40CD1D, Workforce 520.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

MacBook Pro late 2013, Sierra Version 10.12.6 (16G29)

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

About a week now. I was able to scan a document from the printer, but cannot connect to print.
