When we print it only print faintly in red. We have new cartridges in it. We don't know how to clean heads

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

420. A year

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac This is brand new. Never happened before

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

OSX. Nothing happened.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

No. Mainly will cleaning heads fix it and if so, how do I do that
