Hello Mike here. I cannot get my printer to print anymore. I have just replaced all of the ink cartridges, but it will not start printing when I try to print something.

Technician's Assistant: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?

HP Officejet Pro 8610 Its a "5 in 1"

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Actually, I was attempting to scan some documents, but a message appeared saying I had to replace my ink cartridges. So I did that. Now whenever I try to print something, the computer shows a printing process, but no printing actually appears to be getting done

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Would it be possible to do a Team Viewer and you can just see what you can see?
