It started out not...

It started out not printing. Cleaned print heads. Ink full all. No print. Downloaded full program and installed, thought maybe driver fouled. Now it does not go thru print cycle( carriage running forth & back. Just runs paper out. Help!

Not a lot of use. Thought it dried out & probably HD. bOUGHT NEW INK .ABOUT 2 WEEKS.
