My name is***** and I have the xp400 purchased 3/10/13 serial number QEVY438264-I have ok ink and tried to re boot by unplugging power but can't get to print-maybe one small part of document etc

not sure I have been out of town for 3 weeks and it may have been that way previously. I do limited printing.

lets try some basic steps before I go secure remote

Ok - can you unplug the printer from the power supply while the printer is on and hold in the power button on it for 30 seconds.
